At Smash It Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most new, unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized items and bats removed from their original shrink-wrap are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original manufacturer packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Smash It Sports

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
